Job position – Your responsibilities
- Selling High-Tech Solutions: Lead B2B sales for explainable AI products in security and defense-related environments.
- Making Technology Understandable: Translate complex AI and software topics into clear messages for decision-makers, users, and partners.
- Analyzing Customer Needs: Capture market requirements and derive concrete inputs for product development and roadmap planning.
- Product & Market Positioning: Sharpen our market positioning together with the team and integrate structured market feedback into the product strategy.
- Networking & CRM: Build reliable customer and partner relationships while professionally managing activities via known CRM systems.
Your profile
- Industry Background: Experience in the security and defense industry, armed forces, or a comparable security-critical environment.
- Sales & Product Knowledge: Ideally, experience in B2B sales, business development, or product management.
- Tech Affinity: Solid foundational understanding of AI, software, and related technologies. A developer or deep-tech background is not required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex issues clearly, precisely, and tailored to the audience.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, structured, reliable, and goal-oriented.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Beneficial:
- Military officer training (e.g., at a German Federal Armed Forces University).
- Experience with procurement processes, public clients, or security-related tenders.
- Knowledge in trustworthy AI, explainable AI, cybersecurity, sensor technology, or decision support systems.
